Every material factual error we publish gets a dated correction note here. Typos and formatting fixes are corrected silently.

How corrections work
Submit corrections via the contact form with the category Correction to content. We verify against the primary source, publish the fix, and post a note on this page with a date and a link to the corrected page. We do not silently rewrite history.
