ArmorOS
Operator SaaS · paid · tenant-private

The lab bench, the design board, and the engineering review — in one tenant.

Ballistic Studio is the operator-side of ArmorOS. Where the public site is the manufacturer-neutral catalog, Studio is the workspace your test lab, OEM engineers, materials supplier, or buyer organization actually operates in: V50 ingest, design composition, qualified-solution publication, and a nine-agent Ballistics Engineering Board reviewing every decision.

Three loops, one tenant

Test → design → publish, with the engineering board listening.

Lab → V50 → certification

Drop an OBL PDF, paste a CSV, or pair a chronograph at the range. Studio routes the data through method-aware V50 calculators (Langlie, Probit, Logit, MIL-STD-662F, AEP-2920 ZMR) and tracks fair / unfair shot exclusions on every panel. Export a customer-ready cert in your lab's exact Excel template.

Stack composer → qualified solution

Compose ceramic / composite / soft-armor stacks layer by layer with a live areal-density and weight readout. The panel's nine specialist agents watch every change and flag concerns in plain English. When the design ships, attach test-record evidence and publish it to the qualified-solutions catalog — vendor-attributed and visible on the public ArmorOS catalog.

Cross-tenant release grants

When a lab needs to share a study with a buyer or a supplier needs to hand a datasheet to an OEM, Studio's release-grant flow specifies which fields a customer can see, logs every view, and revokes access when a trial ends. No raw data leaves your boundary unless you say so.

Ballistics Engineering Board

Nine specialists. One deliberation.

Studio's defensible AI moat is the multi-agent panel. Every design question routes through the right specialists, and disagreement triggers a structured deliberation captured in the audit log. Each agent reads from a curated public corpus (DTIC, NIJ, MIL-STD, manufacturer datasheets) plus your tenant's private corpus.

Output: a decision document with consensus, dissents, citations, and confidence per claim. Designed to be the human-reviewable artifact for a procurement design review — not a black box.

  • Studio publishes qualified solutions to ArmorOS once they hit `qualified` + `publicly_listed`
  • ArmorOS never sees tenant-private data
  • Single Cognito identity across both
  • OEM pages on ArmorOS link into Studio solution detail
  • Studio solution detail links back to ArmorOS OEM pages

Studio bills separately from ArmorOS. ArmorOS stays free, public, and manufacturer-neutral. Cancelling a Studio subscription does not affect your ArmorOS account or your Verified Industry status.

Trust posture

Tenant-private by default. Auditable by design.

  • Postgres row-level security on every tenant-scoped table. Cross-tenant queries return zero rows by enforcement, not by application logic.
  • Append-only audit log with hash-chained 30-day evidence packs. Every agent run, design change, V50 calculation, and grant view is recorded.
  • AWS GovCloud (us-gov-west-1) substrate. KMS-encrypted at rest. Cognito MFA enforced for tenant owners. FedRAMP-Moderate on the roadmap with a federal sponsor.
  • Classification-aware: every agent output passes through a classification engine before display. Held-for-review responses sit in a queue rather than auto-publishing.
