Multi-Purpose Base (MPB) Overview The MPB is a portable, durable, and lightweight target base designed for easy transport and setup. Constructed from 3/8″ mild steel with an AR500 protector plate, it’s built to withstand errant shots and ensure long-lasting use. With replaceable components like legs, it’s a practical choice for all target systems. Its collapsible design allows for quick assembly and disassembly, fitting comfortably in the trunk of even the smallest sedan, while providing a stable, wobble-free shooting experience. The MPB features two angle iron inserts designed for versatile target setups. One insert keeps the angle iron in a vertical position, perfect for our reactive series targets. The other insert positions the angle iron at a 22-degree lean, ideal for use with our dueling tree target systems. While you’ll need to source the angle iron locally or through our Replacements and Add-Ons, it’s typically available for $5-$10 per piece. Please note, this system is compatible only with standard 1.5″ x .25″ angle iron, the most common size used in American target systems. Additional Information Assembly: Pre-built kits are ready to use. DIY kits require welding and assembly, ideal for those who enjoy hands-on projects.
