Shields follow the ASTM E3347-25 regime — Safety Equipment Institute (SEI) verifies; NIJ does not maintain a public shield CPL. Helmets have no active NIJ CPL (0106 is flagged revision-underway); manufacturer attestation + DoD-spec compliance is the procurement norm.
