Advanced Combat Helmet — Generation II

US Army performance spec for the Advanced Combat Helmet, successor to PASGT. Defines V50 requirements against fragment and 9mm handgun threats, backface deformation limits, and retention / pad-system performance. Many LE helmet procurements write "meets ACH-GEN-II" into their specs even when NIJ 0106 is formally referenced.
